AllSeated’s guest list features a direct link to seating. Clients can easily seat guests at the tables that are positioned in the floorplan with the option to seat guests at specific seats too, if desired.
Reports
Along with creating wedding venue floorplans, there is also a reports feature.
Easily generate a floorplan report which will provide the staff at your venue with all of the details of your set-up and layout so that they can visually understand exactly how the room should be arranged and also see the listing of furniture required. A seating chart report will assist the staff in placing the correct number of chairs at each table and show them how to properly number the tables.
A meal types report can also be created for the caterer so that the staff understands not only who ordered what but where that meal correlates to the seating chart.
