The free plan is limited to 10 events per year. Please note that the 10 free events is for an account and not per user, All users of the same business must be registered under one Allseated account. If you need more than 10 events, you will need to subscribe to a paid subscription.
You can create multiple floorplans for different layouts options of the same event.
Each event in AllSeated is created to serve one event with floorplans only related to the event. Past events may not be changed, re-used and re-purposed multiple times. Editing and re-using past events to serve new events is not allowed.
Each event is counted upon its creation.

Yes, AllSeated doesn’t charge per user. Subscriptions go by events created per year.
Yes, AllSeated is a collaborative tool. You can invite all participants into the event and manage the permissions to control what they can edit or see in view only mode.
